Notice to dissolve the executive committee with immediate effect and present election process will be conducted by Board of Trustees.

Noticing the resignations of two consecutive CAB election  commissioner; Board of Trustee members in a meeting dated February 2nd 2010  took a resolution to step in and  complete the remaining process of the  CAB election. Today BOT received a resolution taken by CAB executive  committee at their emergency meeting in which they invited CAB Board of  Trustee to step in to stop any foul play during present election and  dissolve the present EC and take it over until a new EC gets  elected. Constitution allows BOT to take over the daily functions from EC  with or without showing any cause whenever they feel it needs to be done  to protect the membership's interest. BOT is dissolving the present EC  of CAB effective February 4th 2010. Present EC members should stop doing any business on behalf of CAB and return all the financial and other  documents to Pranab K. Das, Chairman of CAB Board of Trustee immediately or  to any other person designated by him.
