Nominations are invited from the members of the association to elect the following office bearers of the
Executive Committee and Directors of the Board of Trustees :

One President            Three Vice-Presidents            One Treasurer
One General Secretary One Assistant Secretary         Four Members
One Director

Please Note:
One member can contest for one position. Also as per the constitution and by-laws of the association, nominees for the Executive Committee must be a current member of the association with continued membership from January 01, 2007. Nominee&rsquo's signature of the nomination form must be notarized.

Calendar for the election:
Last date for submission of all nominations is January 18, 2008. Last date for withdrawal of nominations is February 1, 2008.
